Residence Inn Youngstown Boardman/Poland

Definitely liked the room and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was not what I would like but other than that it was great.

An excellent hotel. Our TV didn't work in the first room they assigned us so they upgraded us. They were friendly and responsive especially the night staff.

The hotel, and grounds were very nice. I know the area plenty of places to eat, and shop, and theatre.

I checked into the room and upon arrival, I found a roach on the floor. The room was outdated and in need of repair. I called the front desk and they informed me they were sold out. I assisted them in helping them find another hotel. They covered one night at the hotel but refused to cover the second. They told me that they had rooms available now and I could come back, I never had an experience where the management wanted to place the inconvenience on the customer.

We had a large room with a separate sitting area. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a thank you card for staying at the hotel and a small lemon Bundt cake in the refrigerator from Nothing But Bundt. The refrigerator, the galley, and the bathroom were clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The entire experience was great. The staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were clean and relaxing. I would suggest this hotel to everyone if coming to Poland,Ohio. Great experience

I did not like having to pay to park in the lot. I've never had to do that even at an exclusive resort. They just automatically give you a parking pass. The room light above the mirror went out as soon as we came in that night and one of the night lights were out. The tub needed to be repaired and looked very old. Some things were very out dated. the staff was very nice and understanding.
