Needs an investment and remodel, deep cleaning. Has been about 5 years since I stayed here. No obvious investment since then. My room smelled like wet dog, I wouldn’t sit on the couch for multiple stains, the bathroom and shower were a challenge and need. It is a shame as the area around the hotel has many new restaurants and other investments. After I went to the store and treated the room with febreeze it was tolerable. On a positive note the bed was clean and comfortable

It really needs a facelift!!

I liked the convenience of the food places available

Pull out bed that I was planning to use didn’t work. Ended up having to sleep on just the couch. Didn’t have enough towels and when requesting more was told they were short on towels and couldn’t give me enough for the number of people in my room. Also had to request the linens for the pull out bed they were not already in the room. Initially I was offered a partial refund but then told I couldn’t have one because I booked through this site and not theirs. Room was not as cleanly as it should be but this was mostly due to poor furniture choices that stains and collect hair.

Great friendly staff here - esp. the guy who checked me in. they had a fun spin the wheel game at check in and I won 8k points! almost a free night - got a bonus of addt'l 3k points too! upgraded to huge 2 bedroom w/ a fireplace - nice - but just me so not really needed. however, my windows faced the interior of the building where the main AC unit was and it was VERY noisey!! I had to wear ear plugs. Convenient location and nice breakfast!
