Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel

From the moment we entered the hotel we were met with a warm and friendly welcome, the stress of driving to Almalfi melted away. Fabulous location and pure luxury.

Beautiful property, luxurious, impeccable service, great food, great location, very nice room, gorgeous views, very quiet.

While I knew in advance, first time I had ever paid this much ($2200/nt for 3 nites) at a property. Have stayed at many similar very nice properties around the world. In my opinion, overpriced by a factor of 2-3, but then again, it's the Amalfi Coast, late season.

Hotel is beautiful with amazing views and service. We stayed with other couples and enjoyed the pool and hotel restaurants and bar. We also did a pizza making class which was a lot of fun and the pizza tasted so good. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the very first moment, it was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, the hotel itself is stunning, and the views are simply breathtaking. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Amalfi, and the lovely ladies at the front desk made me feel truly special and celebrated. The restaurant experience was also exceptional, making every meal a delight. Overall, it was not only a wonderful stay but also the best choice I could have made for such a special occasion.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Anantara Convento di Amalfi and it was outstanding not only for the breathtaking beauty of the Hotel and the location, but for the extraordinary staff. It was said Anantara can do anything and they proved that consistently. We had some issues with our rental car and they went above and beyond to resolve our issues with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. The front desk was always pleasant, helpful and prompt. My favorite server Juicee made breakfast and lunch unforgettable and she always had thoughtful gestures to make our time even more special with a smile. We loved our room and terrace and the pool was beautiful with pool staff always there to bring you a towel and a lemoncello. We were also able to witness a wedding being held there which was a gorgeous place to have a wedding. They also had a shuttle that would take you downtown Amalfi and pick you up which was great if you didn't want to walk. I highly recommend Anantara for your stay in Amalfi and we hope we can come back some day.

I could not be more impressed with Anantara. It feels like there’s more staff than guests and they had a wonderful pop up of Dante Bar from NYC while I was staying there. Every step of your stay is bespoke and suited to your needs. The staff intent on learning and accommodating to your needs while melting into the background. It is a true relaxing recluse in the bustling Amalfi coast.

Das Hotel hat 2 Restaurants. Da aber während des Aufenthalts von uns mehrere Hochzeiten stattgefunden haben, konnten wir dort nicht jeden Abend essen. Der Fußweg in die Ortschaft dauert ca. 10 Minuten ( bergab), aber man muss anschließend auch wieder zurück.

I traveled here with my mom for a trip and our experience was spectacular! From the concierge service to room, cleanliness, and the location itself hotel Anantara is a must stay. Every staff member was happy to help with any request and we felt very well taken care of. They also had a free shuttle service that took us from the hotel to Amalfi Square, which made it very convenient to go from place to place along the Amalfi coast. We will be back in the spring of 2026 and will be sure to recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

Everything!! Anantara saved my vacation. Flavia was amazing from the very beginning by helping us get settled in. From Marzia, to Mirko, Angelo, Valentina, Gennaro, the list goes on! Every single staff member who helped or attended to me and my friend was an absolute professional, so kind, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, great restaurants on the property if you don't want to go down to the town. Seamless shuttle service and loved the massage I got at the Spa. I will definitely be back
