The infinity pool is open from 15 April until 31 October. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. The convent doors are currently closed as we make important improvements to preserve and protect our historic sanctuary. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 50 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

Персонал очень гостеприимен. Никаких замечаний к персоналу. Все соответствует уровню гостиницы. Вид из номера просто бесподобен. Невозможно оторвать взгляд от моря, гор и природы. Постоянно было ощущение спокойствия, отстраненности от забот и проблем. Понравилось гулять рядом с садом шеф-повара. Разнообразие растений и фруктовых деревьев отлично накладывается на картинку с морем. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет на несколько дней забыть о житейских хлопотах.

Ничего, что вызывало дискомфорт, не было и в помине. Единственная особенность (и это всего лишь плата за идеальное расположение отеля на горе) заключалась в том, что для того, чтобы покинуть отель, необходимо было совершить целое путешествие с пересадками на лифтах. Но, как я уже сказал, особого дискомфорта это не создавало.

El trato del personal,tanto en recepción como en información para visitar los lugares de alrededor,los camareros y los chófers que te acompañan /recojen al centro de Amalfi desde el hotel(shuttle). Nos dieron upgrade (una habitación con balcón y vistas únicas al mar). Hotel único.

Many elevators to get to our room, but the hotel accommodated and gave us a better room with fewer elevators.

Everything! The hotel is absolutely stunning — from the breathtaking views over the Amalfi coast to the elegant design and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The pool area and terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Honestly, nothing! Every part of the stay exceeded my expectations.

"Mixed experiences"

Good location with great views. They offer a what’s app contact for assistance but do not respond to it the bathroom are very tightly designed so if you are oversized or disabled it will be a challenge. Some Electric outlets are broken and do not work

"Truly wonderful stay"

Our stay was truly wonderful, the hotel is absolutely stunning, possibly the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, with exceptional views and an incredible sense of history throughout the building. Breakfast was delicious, and enjoying an evening drink while taking in the scenery was unforgettable. Overall, we had a really, really enjoyable stay and can’t wait to return.
