Excellent place to stay. Rooms need some refurbishment soon but all else was a good experience with excellent staff

It was nice & relaxing...very peaceful to be in the forest with good spacious & clean room...what we had come for...but the journey was a challenge for us...very far winding road...the road was not in good condition...but once we reached & stayed, we were satisfied. Hope they can maintain the place & the trees arnd it....

Room Service is only up to 10.30pm and there are no amenities for about 35km radius, so to get food and drinks after this hours are impossible

Have visited the hotel two times, it is nice, but very quiet outside season. Too many in the staff not giving service. With 5 guests in the restaurant, you should be able to give Excellent service, e.g fill coffee during breakfast.
Rooms are good. Service at hotel is average to say the least. Room not ready then it was ready. Moved us to a lake view. Could not see the lake. Plates at the pool left there all day. Not enough loungers at pool. Had to find own towels. Venue is great. Rooms good just get better on service and up keep. It’s not hard.
