Ao Nang Orchid Resort

This hotel is really good. It provided HALAL food. But unfortunately, when I ask details about the shuttle service (during booking), the hotel didn't response. I quite disappointed on this issue, even I asked 2 times. FYI, this hotel didn't provided free shuttle service. Overall this hotel is really nice, clean, (no lift) & nearby sea. Hotel location is perfect. Just working distance to the surrounding or shop lots.

Hotel pro : good location, 7-11 just outside the hotel, lots of eateries, walking street just across, near to the beach, tours booth everywhere, umbrella provided, very nice swimming pool with warm water, big balcony, comfortable bed, friendly hotel staff etc. Hotel con : furniture is a bit old, water heater temperature not consistent, hotel indoor slippers is very old (the floor is cold at night, otherwise we don't need the slippers), the cushioned chair was damp (probably the previous guest sat on it in wet cloth), wifi reception in room is poor, breakfast spread is so so.

I am booking a pool villa..the room is quite small but it has great access to the pool. Breakfast is ok and halal too..

It"s a nice place to stay for a short trip . Staff very helpful and quick response for your needy . Location good just about few minutes walking distance to beach . Have a nice swimming pool . Breakfast just average maybe they can have more variety food . Overall it"s value for money .

Main reception area requires updating however this is a nice hotel with central location

stayed 4 nights with my girlfriend . it was quite comfortable, though the king bed was just two singles pushed together.

My third time to Krabi and was never disappointed. To all my Muslim fellow, Halal food is every where here so don't worry. Food wise wouldn't be an issue. Everything else is cheap for shopping & massage. Will definitely come back for my forth time. :)

We stayed there for 3 nights. 1st night was horrible with lots of bedbugs on the bed. Had to move to another room for that night and got the room changed next morning. Next room was ok. They have mixed staff, mostly good but the night staff for the first night was horrible. Although they compensated our inconvenience with fruit platter and complimentary airport ride. However, will never stay here again. I'm sure there are better hotels out there in Krabi.

No complaints, rooms good size and choice at breakfast good even thought no pork. Ask for pool view if you want something to look at. But more privacy on other side.
