Stay at hotel is good. Need improvement in food item.

Great stay... excellent facility for the prices. Staff is very helpful, Mr.Charn is a charming face as you walk in or walk out. I would stay again.

Though it’s a star hotel, the room itself s vry old and you can smell tht old. Staffs are friendly but unsatisfied with th bed used and th bath tub it’s old. Not even a tissue box been placed in th room, if needed you to got to take from the toilet. But location s good and cost s also cheap. When you book this, limit your expectations!!!!

Nice enough hotel can't complain considering the price we paid. rooms clean and of a good size. hotel did not seem busy at all. delivered on everything we needed. location is great for Walking Street. nice bars and a couple of nice Indian restaurants next door to hotel and also a good mini market on the main road next door to the hotel

It's a decent hotel, pretty shabby rooms and hallways. The pool is nice, not much else to be said for it. The hotel breakfast is mediocre but at this price point what can you expect? The fried eggs are the best thing there. The air conditioning in the rooms is okay. It's hard to spoof the key readers in the room so that the electricity stays on if you want to charge things left in the rooms. The keys are old school physical keys with a large fob on the end. They've soldered the rings closed so you can't remove them. This is a fairly mediocre hotel. It's cheap and close to walking street. Their storage of passports is absurdly poor. They leave them in the ground in an uncovered basket... An identity thief's delight. Watch that.

Water pressure in the shower not high enough. On occasions ants in bathroom sink. Service of staff 10/10 but room conditions poor 1/10. Didn’t spend a lot time in room but need an upgrade.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the rooms are connecting rooms, very family friendly. Bath tub in all rooms. Rooms are reasonably clean. Beds are comfortable. The only downside is the aircon needs servicing because it is not cold.
