Fantastic!!!

Nice hôtel with 2 pools. Great rooms really clean but wifi is not free in the room.

Overall a nice hotel. Nice breakfast, and good food in the restaurant. The pool bar personnel could be more attentive but it's no big deal. The hotel doesn't have that many sunbeds so if you like to sleep-in it's likely that you won't get one. The location is good near the city center but still a quit area.

I requested to have adjoining rooms with the people I was travelling with. It was important as I was travelling alone with a toddler and the help was important to me. We were assured it was do-able at booking and again at check in. Then we were put in rooms completely across the resort. After quite a bit of pleading and pushing, they switched us around for the 2nd and last day of our stay, even though they were very full. It was quite difficult being on the first floor as walking up and down stairs with a toddler and a stroller but if you want main floor you must pay the extra money for a poolside room. The pool was beautiful. The hotel was well kept up. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Restaurant food was good. Rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby is open air so very hot, be prepared. Air conditioning in rooms worked very well. I would recommend friends and family to stay here and I would stay again, but would try to book a main floor room if visiting again with small kids.

Stayed for a week with my wife and we both enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very nice, the hotel well kept, and coffee, eggs and pastries served at breakfast were excellent. Noise from the street was minimal, and the pool was pleasant. There is an on-site spa facility that my wife enjoyed. SIM cards, sodas and snacks can be had next door at a 24-hour convenience store, and a currency exchange booth can be found on the same street corner. Internet was free in the lobby, but charged for in the room (rates were reasonable). Note to travelers: the secret to dealing with the Thai (as with most people in the world) is to always smile and be courteous. This will almost always be reciprocated by the Thai. As a group they are some of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with (and I have traveled throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and SW & SE Asia).

Very good experience with a top month staff. They have it all. Also same owner as woodland suites.

We have been coming to this hotel for 22years and we are always treat as though we are family and it is our second home. The staff can not do enough for you during your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurants serve exellent food. The new Le Ferme is very good value for money and again the staff are execellent

Hotel was not what we expected, we had a small problem with the bath tub but this was resolved, the bathroom door had previously been damaged and we were asked to pay for untill ipointed it it was not us that caused the damage, and across the road a small bar belted music out untill 3/4 am each night, apart form that the staff were all very nice and helpful
