Woodlands Hotel & Resort

A bit quite for the time of year, but no complaints lovely stay

Stayed here for 6 nights, staff are terrific and helpful. The bed was a highlight and room cleaning very good. I always stay on Naklua Rd and this hotel has good location and is quiet. Overall very good.

Hotel is in a not so crazy part of town. Large grounds with beautiful landscaping and pools. Rooms are clean. French cafe and restaurant are very good.

Just disappointed with the over powered air conditioning. Would wake up with a sore throat each morning because even the low setting was gale force in the room. Either had to boil or freeze. Otherwise all was great.

Bit far from the action"....... But easy to get there by baht bus. Did not get up for breakfast although included in price. Would prefer to pay for room only rather than inclusive. The price for standard room is too much. At £54 I expected a luxury room and when I return to pattaya in June (rainy season) if prices are ok, I will stay there again.

Great location, the famouse restaurant is very near, Familymart is just across the steeet. But thr service is disappointing when the spa opens at 12 when it's 10 am on the brochure. No one answer the call.

We booked at the resort and were checked in in their worst room, it seems maybe because I asked him to give me a good room. There was a nasty smell emanating from the bathroom and we asked reception to change our room but he said the resort was fully booked. We were in a situation because it late in the night after 12 midnight. I called again the reception and asked if they had anything in woodlands Suites and was lucky and had to move but for an upgrade of 1400 baht per night charge. I accepted as I did not have any other option. The suites was nice and cosy good value for money paid but no amends were made by the resort side.

Nice location with resort style hotel. There are 2 pools in the hotel. So many corner to sit back and relax your day. It comes in resort style and the atmosphere inside the hotel is really calm and feel fresh. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs are all helpful. Hotel facilities are good. Pools, gym, meeting place, restaurants, garden, and car park. There are many zone of 2 levels building for guest room. Breakfast is good. Restaurants and cafe are at the hotel. Also famous La baguette cafe and restaurant is just in the front door of the hotel. Anyway, if you stay with accessibility person or old person, you'd better tell the hotel in advance and ask for the room that in the front zone of the hotel area. Last time I got zone 5 it's a bit far from hotel entrance and restaurant somehow not that convenient for my dad. Prepare for insect spray if you don't like them....it's just normal for place like this with lots of tree. Value for money!
