"Very Pleasant layout"

A good value resort aimed at the quieter tourist market. Well placed for baht bus access to town and bar areas but far enough away for tranquil pool and garden peace. Delightful staff, good breakfast buffet, well presented accommodation Priced for value in the mid market and managed and staffed fairly to give a good experience.

"Wonderful place for a relaxing break!"

Great family resort, good price , good value. Pools were lovely, staff excellent, rooms very clean. Only reason we did not give 5 stars is the bed was like sleeping on a rock! :)

Had a wonderful stay. Minor criticisms would be: breakfast items cold, ie Bacon eggs etc. Minor maintenance works needed around hotel but overall a decent enough stay

"Fair hotel"

I think the hotel reflected the price, an ok room and ok surroundings but needs an update and an injection of liveliness as the bar and facilities in the hotel itself were either closed or mediocre. The Baggette Cafe and La Femme Restaurant attached to the resort are wonderful however, and should be visited wether staying there or not. We did look at the Woodland Suites as an option for the week after our stay which were much better value and very spacious, were prefer these in future.

"A memorable stay"

I am extremely satisfied by the hospitality which was provided by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice and I would like to specially thank the receptionist at the check in counter because our check in time was 2 o'clock in the afternoon but even though we arrived early in the morning they provided a room for us. I would also like to thank Mr Phong the bellboy who helped us to go around in Pattaya. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety and my family really enjoyed at the pool.If I ever get an opportunity to revisit Pattaya I would love see you all again. Thank you very much for making our trip more memorable
