"Great hotel, great rate and great location."

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful grounds, rooms and very peaceful. But step outside the front door and you have great access to the town and entertainment options.

"fair hotel"

You can hear the sound from next door, some staffs are polite and friendly but some are not. fair swimming pool, fair location, overall it is worth to money

"An oasis of calm"

The hotel was an oasis away from the craziness that is Pattaya. Clean and modern rooms and hotel and lovely pool areas. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is 5 mins from the beach but the pool was far nicer to stay around. Would definitely recommend.

"nice hotel.... need check gym room"

is my 2nd stay at woodlands... Staffs seem not friendly and helpful as last stay, but overall still good 2 incidents would like to mention.... 1. during my stay... arrived pool bar on 4:30 and see if happy hr is finish or not... the pool bar staff asked me to wait.... after a minute.. she told me "happy hr finished!".. just query why she doesnt tell me when i ask... 2. gym room equipnment should check more frequent... the running machine need to replace the emegency button and cant work....other equipnment also feel aging..
