During our stay Angel R. was always efficient, friendly, professioanl and knowlegable. She managed to keep the valet area running smoothly during high volume and we were always greeted with a smile. Thank you Angel.

"Angel R"

One of the best things about the stay was the staff. I especially want to mention the valet driver Angel R. She was amazing! My husband drives an oversized pickup and she handled everything beautifully and without complaint. Definitely above and beyond! The hotel itself wasnโ€™t to my expectations but Angel R at the San Antonio location deserves 5 stars and a raise!

"Angel is an angel"

Angel is an angel. I'm not familiar with the area. But she helped me with parking , my car and figuring out where I needed to go. She is very thoughtful , very professional and very kind. I wouldn't come back to the hotel for the hotel but I would come back for Angel. Angel, Thank you so much for being sunshine on a cloudy day.

"Valet service was exceptional and appreciated!"

We were assisted, upon checking in and out, by both Alan and Mekhi for valet services. These gentlemen went above and beyond, with a smile to help us. They were efficient, professional and friendly, in some pretty hot and humid weather! Marriot is lucky to have these individuals!
