The bed linen was clean and fresh Room appointed well on first look / well lit Kitchenette was fully equipped Air conditioning blowing cold

Bathroom had no hot water / NONE! Didn't find that out until the morning after Check IN ! At check out was told by the desk clerk that, "yes, its been reported" ALSO, Remote Control for Television had a failing battery / only worked intermittently and briefly! Again, a huge frustration on the morning for Check Out ...

It’s actually quite a nice location with the river walk right behind the place. Our specific unit is tugged back on the first floor, with a window view that’s literal 🗑️…cause it was facing the alley and there’s a 🗑️ bin right outside. it’s more funny than anything else so we’re not making a fuzz about it. Windows were locked so we felt safe. The room is large w/ a very high ceiling. Some wear and tear on furnishings, but overall enjoyable. Front desk concierges were helpful, and the valet, Albert, was very friendly & informative about the festivities around town. 💗 Overall, we enjoyed our stay and likely will stay again when we’re back in town next year!

Location was excellent, desk staff and valet were some of the nicest I have dealt with in a long time.

Very close to nightlife and lots of food options nearby.

There was no hot water, got an email stating I would get comped for our 1 night stay, but haven’t seen it reflect on my account.

This was an excellent choice for Fiesta San Antonio. So close to the parade route - we were able to simply walk outside and enjoy the festivities. Easy walk to all major downtown attractions, the Riverwalk, and tons of restaurants just steps away. Entire facility was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Minor downside was the street noise at night.
