"See Chicago in San Antonio!!"

Right where the action is, perfect for Majestic theater (where we have seen Chicago, Vince Gill, American Idol and many broadway plays!) and the Alamo! Staff is always excellent & efficient! On this trip Brandon, the valet took care of our car and retrieved it promptly from Valet. His service is an asset!

Location was brilliant. Laundry facility was great. Room was very nice and spacious.

Parking was very expensive until we were told about City Parking. I would have appreciated this being highlighted, by Marriott, prior to arrival. Iโ€™d have preferred to have two lifts working and the ice machines working in my floor.

"I would look at other options"

The location was probably the only thing this hotel has going for it

Our room was right next to the breakfast area which was noisy in the morning. The room was poorly lit and the view was a planter and trash can in the pool area. We tried to get our room moved and were told to check in the morning. When my husband went to inquire about switching our room, he was met with a lady at the front desk who was rude and very unprofessional

"Great hotel exceptional valet"

Hotel was great wanted to give a shout out to Brandon from valet, we had some questions about the process and he took the time to walk us through it got our car quickly and we were on our way
