"AIRCON MAINTENANCE NEEDED."

The staff were very attentive if it wasn't for them it would not of been a good holiday.

We booked for 14 days. Bed and bedding was old, we got sore backs and we are not old. We asked to be moved three times, the airconditioners smell mouldy and I ended up with mild chest infection but it is flu season so couldn't tell if this was exasperated from that, also we did choose the cheapest accomodation package deluxe suit and the higher prices packages may reflect rooms. In the last room we stayed 9 days, don't think they changed the sheets, lucky we showered twice a day so we dealt with that. Drain in shower was very slow and tiolet stopped flushing in last room after a day but staff tried to fix twice after called and 3rd time replaced the flushing unit inside cistern and then everything was fine. Staff are great, they keep grounds very clean but I they need to do better maintenance on airconditioners, tiolet and showers.

Location is amazing. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping

Property needs a good face lift. Pool towels look 100 years old and need replacing. Bath towels are old and fraying. Linen on beds are grey and need to be replaced. Breakfast needs improving. For the accommodation price it’s average and you can get far better in Bali. In summary for the amount you pay, it needs to be better

This property is central to everything in Legian, walking distance to Seminyak.

The feel the breakfast could be updated a little . Maybe do some promotion with a different menu maybe like acai bowls even ??

Location

They have functions at the beach pool and you can’t use it for the whole day. That is the only reason we booked the hotel to sit around that pool !! $3 for water when other hotels it is free
 money grabbing!
