1st time staying here are we walked through and loved the rooftop pool that’s why we booked. When we arrived there was a note in the room saying this pool had a private booking for 3 days so we couldn’t use it. This was the reason we booked this hotel. They should have called us to let us know as we would have picked somewhere else to stay. We also requested a drink from the slushy machine by the pool but were told we couldn’t have one as this machine was in the private function room for 3 days. Were kept up late as rooms were near the private function. Fine to have private functions but customers should be. Notified if their holiday is effected by it and they can have the chance to cancel and go somewhere quieter where they can enjoy the resort facilities

I enjoyed my stay here with my family. This hotel has entertainment for its guests. I visited here during the off season but it was still pretty busy. The beach is right across the street. They have a very good DJ here in the bar/restaurant area. Shout out to the DJ. We had some minor issues with the rooms. The women at the front desk was all very nice and very helpful. Thank you front desk! You can go out the front of the hotel and do some shopping and dining. I had a great time visiting Bali. Oh and the breakfast is good also. If you want to experience Bali Indonesia, this is a good place to start.

This is about the beach. The beach is nice but I notice the locals try to clean up the beach. Maybe put up signs saying please help keep the beach clean.

The internet was VERY slow. I unfortunately had to wok and it made it very hard. It needs to be 5G this day and age. Also the door security for our room was VERY bad. I could open the security door with a pair of sunglass arms. You can use anything small / thin that can reach the lock. ROOM number 2107

Could hear the guy next door vomiting The rooms are not cleaned very well each day, one day they forgot to put towel towels in the room and I had to ask for towels The toilet was leaking and had to get fixed

The staff are very lovely!! Cannot fault the service! Very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with any questions.

The hotel itself is very dated. We stayed in a double deluxe room. Both bed frames were very dirty/dusty. The floors felt dirty. The bathroom had a cockroach in it. I did not enjoy my stay here and won’t rebook. I have stayed at many hotels throughout Bali and this was the worst one I’ve stayed in. Breakfast is basic, I ended up taking my mum to the bhanda for breakfast instead. The hotel needs a big upgrade.
