Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Room - was clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Buffet breakfast need improvement. Sausages and bacon cold everyday. Other hot foods lukewarm. Omelet station was excellent and the only food that came hot. Room - The lighting in the room was inadequate. An iron to press clothes is usually a basic inclusion. We couldn’t find one. The gym is pretty basic. A treadmill wasn’t working. It’s a shame about the construction happening on the property adjacent to the Beach Hut pool. It makes otherwise peaceful adult retreat a lot less inviting.

The staff are fantastic. Very accommodating. This is not our first time here so we knew the service would be great.

The room 2109 was fine but due to the room being a split room, we could hear the people in the room next door through the side door that joins the room.

Sfeervol zwembad en ruime kamers. Prima gym die gasten gratis mogen gebruiken.

Ongeveer 3/4 van het personeel was stagiaire of student, zij werden niet goed ondersteund door personeel in loondienst waardoor het onprofessioneel was en we niet goed geholpen konden worden. Er werd onderling door personeel geflirt en ook met gasten werd dit gedaan. Kamers worden vluchtig schoongemaakt. Sommige delen van het hotel zien er vervallen of vies uit. Een keer geluncht bij de bar en een keer bij de Beach House, beide keren was het rustig maar moesten wij wel heel lang wachten op ons eten. Wij spraken mensen die al meerdere malen dit hotel hadden geboekt over de jaren heen, zij vertelde ons dat het vroeger vele malen beter was. Dit was hun laatste keer dit hotel geboekt te hebben en zijn ook naar een ander hotel gegaan.
