Loved the Smart TV facilities..! Nice, quiet, big room with superb AC..! Excellent beach-front location..! 3 no of Big swimming pools..!

Bathroom floor was very slippery — my son fell 4 times while showering 😭🙃 Breakfast was just okay. Surprisingly, there were no traditional Kerala dishes like puttu & kadala curry, Kerala porotta, kappa, or any non-veg breakfast items. Hot water for showers was not good — only medium warm water was available. No floor mat inside the bedroom. Shampoo & conditioner quality was poor. Hair becomes freeze..! Wi-Fi speed was very slow.

"Bella la struttura ma quanti limiti"

La struttura è bella. Tenuta abbastanza bene.

Ci siamo trovati in una situazione spiacevole durante il soggiorno. Il ristorante principale serviva anche la mezza pensione, dopo due giorni non essendo pieno lo hanno chiuso e hanno lasciato solo 2-3 punti food. Già la selezione nel ristorante principale era limitato (il cibo continentale non esiste in pratica nonostante le promesse) lasciando aperto solo un ristorante la sera la selezione si è ulteriormente ridotta. Non mi sento di consigliare in generale questa struttura, il personale anche se risulta sempre gentile non riesce a risolvere in pratica mai le esigenze degli ospiti.
