Rented 2 apartments #2 & #15. #2 was pleasant enough altho it required us to use a 10 digit code every time we entered it. #15 on the other hand was appalling. Filthy dirty. Under equiped & in dire need of renovation.

Location was great- quiet neighborhood, rarely seen anyone.

The landscaping needs help. Trees need to be trimmed and get dead out. And looks real bad by #4. It’s just dirt.!!Also the room above 4 which is 5 was very loud like every day( night time, mornings). I think cleaning staff cleaned one night from 2 am- 6 am, furniture was being moved, stomping, wood floor creaking. Talking. Very bad, like every day!!! The door mat is gross, please purchase a new one there like 10.00, and there needs to be a long wall mirror in the bedroom$( 20.00, )also if you stay more than 2 days the cleaning people could drop off more towels? Never seen anyone clean the pool? And the laundry area should be kept up, there were sheets and towels, clothes laying there for 4 days!!

Located near beach and restaurants.

Parking, need to insert parking slab for space 16 had an issue with other 2 vehicles parking in space unable to park when we got there.

Loved the location it was perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It does seem like most get a golf cart however this would be challenging with parking as there is only one spot per unit. The pool is nice. The apartment is cute. The facilities manager was responsive we shut our door (locks automatically) with the keys inside. They came and let us in.

The toilet stopped working and we had to keep refilling it. After showering we had to immediately put on socks or our feet were black. The fridge moves when opening the door. (Pulls forward with the pull to open)

Uns hat die Nähe zur Pnie Ave gefallen und mit dem Fahrrad waren wir schnell am Bean Point. Der Pool war mich das absolute Highlight. Ich mochte das warme Wasser und die Begrünung. Wir waren in #9 und der Pooleingang war direkt gegenüber. Unser Außenbereich war immer schön schattig und von Grün umgeben. Im Badezimmer gab es Duschgel, Haarshampoo, Pflegespülung und ein Fön. In der Küche gab es eine Erstaustattung mit allem was man braucht, auch Mittel für einen Geschirrspüler den wir nicht hatten. Handtücher für den Pool konnte man auch am Pool wechseln und es frische waren ausgelegt.

In der Küche fehlten mir ein Schneidebrett und eine große Schüssel. Hier mussten wir etwas improvisieren. Die Einrichtung war für den Preis in Ordnung. Auch wenn manche diese hier bemängeln. Wir waren 2013 auf AMI im Blue Water und das wurde zwischenzeitlich luxussaniert und ist heute schön eingerichtet, aber dadurch „unbezahlbar“ geworden.

Amazing place to stay on Anna Maria Island. It's on the quieter northern end of the island, surrounded by beautiful houses and only a 7 minute walk to the beach. Parking is easy and Brandon with the management company is very chill. The apartments have everything you need for longer stays and the entire property is maintained in very good condition.

Minor inconvenience: our apartment keypad wasn't working so we had to use the lockbox/key. But it was no big deal.
