Location is great. Can walk to Bay or Gulf easily. It was quiet at night.

I stayed in unit 14. The entire unit has been poorly updated. The intention was there, but it looks like it was done on the cheapest budget with random Restore finds. The floor has many soft spots throughout and holes in the laminate. Cabinets are all with chipped paint. One of the bedroom light fixtures was hanging out of the wall. Some of the shower tiles are coming apart at the grout. The entire unit should be taken to the studs and redone. You can clean it all you want but years and age aren’t going to wash away. Really cheap everything as far as dishes etc. It’s obvious that there was little effort placed into the unit.…..just enough to be able to list it for rent. The property next door has a balcony that is literally level with this unit so prepare to be a part of the conversation!

Location! Used the trolley exclusively.

Very simple. The bathroom could have used a couple of hooks on the door to hang wet towels. Also, maybe a shelf or two for toiletries. It would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table to make it a little more comfortable for sitting outside when the sun is blazing.

Pretty grounds And great Location

Had a terrible time getting the key code to work. Finally had to call and get the key out of the box. A women parked in our spot a nd refused to move her car. Was a real b#@$%. Finally called mgt. A box of Kleenex would have been nice.

Location was perfect and close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was very nice.

The room wasn’t clean with handprints on the ceiling and walls by the light switches and entry ways. The bathroom light cover was broken and falling from the ceiling as was one smoke detector.

The pool and the room decor was cute and the apartment was clean on first glance .

Bathroom floor and baseboards need complete hands and knees cleaning with baseboards being painted. Ugh.
