Upon arrival at 2.50pm, i was told both my rooms weren’t ready. One would be up to 30 minutes, while the other in 2 hours. Ridiculous. After close to 30 mins at reception, was told one room is ready while the other would take another 30 mins. Went to one room first, and it took forever for concierge to bring our luggages. We finally got the second room at 4.10pm. Very irritating, tiring and a waste of time after arriving by train from Hong Kong and only having one night to spend in Shenzhen.

Location is perfect, good access to shopping. The room was very nice and the Grand Club is one of the best we have found. I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Shenzhen – JUNYUE. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. They thoughtfully prepared a beautiful cake and surprised me with an email notice in advance. it was sent to my room after I called the front desk, which truly made my day special. The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with great amenities. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet welcoming. I sincerely appreciate the team for their kindness and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The Grand Hyatt in Shenzhen is the perfect weekend-treat. It is easy to reach from Hong Kong and rewards already at the check in on L33 with a stunning view. The rooms and facilities are truly luxurious with a heated outdoor pool, spa with steambath and well-equipped fitness studio. Their food choices at breakfast are extraordinary. But above all, the team is amazing, very supportive and always welcoming. I cannot wait to stay there again!
