This time I choose to stay at Grand Hyatt. If you member world of hyatt, there is discount fare. When we check in, they ask for our we chat number so we can easily contact them if we need anything. We get free birthday cake and room decoration for my mom's birthday. Breakfast is very good and variatif. Ice cream is delicious. I see they have famous crab for lunch buffet, I dont try this because no time. Will try later. The Chinese restaurant (lodge and 1881) all are very good. We celebrate the birthday at China lodge restaurant and they give the birthday decoration at table, and free noodle. We had 2 menu that sold out and they give us free dessert, yummy. We also get free room upgrade and it is very big room. Room for bath and toilet is different but still 2 people can not do the bath and toilet together since we can see clearly the people in the bathroom :) They also divide the lift for go to lobby, room, ground floor and restaurant so dont take wrong lift :) They also have sauna, spa and swimming pool. I want to special thank you for Ms Manda who provide laundry detergent at the room without asking when she notice i washed my clothes ^_^ All the staff, check in staff, bell boy and porter are very nice and helpfull. Will stay here again for next visit

Everything. The rooms are super spacious, a superb bathing area with small closet. The location is right in the middle of it all. The staff are superb and clearly well trained. We intend to use this as our escape.
