Gorgeous location, beautiful facilities, delicious breakfasts. Kristin was an amazing innkeeper! Perfectly attentive, and very positive! Staying there is like being in the home of a close family member or friend… Absolutely, relaxing!

Beautiful B&B. The husband and wife team are exceptional and very helpful. What a yummy breakfast every morning. The rooms are very well appointed, no detail was overlooked. The location is exceptional for exploring beautiful, picturesque Ouray.

The husband and wife that run the inn are the nicest kindest team ever. The inn itself is gorgeous inside and out. The front rooms are perfect for just sitting and reading a book ,there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is different each day and is made and served with love. Would return in a heartbeat.

The facility is lovely, The breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful BnB! Very comfortable and lovely. I stayed for a week and every breakfast was excellent! Rich and Linae are very friendly and want everything to be perfect for your stay. I would definitely come back.

This a lovely property. The deck off the Captains Quarters’ room was wonderful.

First, the positives. This is a beautiful B&B. The room was immaculate, and the common sitting areas were clean and attractive. All the furniture is beautiful. This is a newly built home that was built to look old, and it was very well done. There are lots of touches such as white woodwork that you might have seen in a period home. It is in a convenient location only a block off the main street. There is plenty of parking. Unfortunately, there are plenty of negatives. Personally, I go to B&Bs for the personal interaction. If I just wanted a place to stay, I’d go to a hotel and spend less money. But I choose B&Bs because they typically have friendly welcoming outgoing hosts that greet you and want to get to know you. They are usually available for questions about the accommodation and offer suggestions on places to see in the town you’re visiting. This place was unfortunately none of that. They have self-check-in, so we didn’t even meet our hosts until the next morning at breakfast. Self-Check-in was introduced during COVID to limit the spread of the virus, but the pandemic is long over and if that’s their reason, it would be a transparent excuse. It certainly has no place in a B&B where personal service is normally the hallmark. At the very least, I least expected them to leave a note that gave a phone number that you could call if you had any questions or needed any information. The closest they came was a note in the room that said how they could be contacted in an “emergency”. It also indicated that if we needed anything, we could ask them the next morning during breakfast. That would be a little late if we needed recommendations on restaurants or sightseeing. In the morning, she said good morning and introduced herself, but there was no conversation, no questions about where we were from, none on what our plans were, no getting to know their guests. Many B&B’s go out of their way to provide a wonderful breakfast, but it was quite ordinary and sparse with some pieces of French Toast, two sausages and a small bowl of strawberries. I don’t know what you would eat if you didn’t like French Toast. He finally walked through the dining area, but didn’t even greet us, his guests. Frankly, my overall impression was that they didn’t really want to be in the B&B business.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and quiet. Awesome homemade breakfast.

Beautiful home with lovely, spacious rooms and personal bathroom in the room. Lots of thoughtful ammenities.This was one of the cleanest places we've stayed. Enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast. Easy walking distance to downtown Ouray. Highly recommend.
