Front of hotel looks nice good location back had 3 dumpsters outside our windows not enough parking

Bad smell in hall construction on our floor room pitiful breakfast for the price of the room. Staff so ..so... charged extra 100 hold when checked in but did refund.. not worth 250 dollars pitiful..ive been coming to st simons 40 years im very disappointed

Location

Everything else. It was under construction and it really wasn’t conveyed how under construction it was. The room was dingy and didn’t feel clean. The sheets barely fit on the mattress and everything in the room was old or ugly or moldy. Caulking in the bathroom was cracked. It just gave me the ick. The front desk staff was outside smoking when I got there and no one came to me until I went out and got him. He reeked of cigarettes. Very nice to me but his clothing attire and personal appearance wasn’t professional at all. My room overlooked the dumpsters for the construction. If I had been staying longer than a night, I would’ve left.

What breakfast? Dried out tangerines and Walmart mini muffins?

Was not told the place was undergoing a major renovation. Floors dirty. Was like staying I a construction zone. No toilet paper in the room. Very poor water pressure. Tiny bathroom. Fleas.
