The location was close to everything

They were doing construction on the hotel but we didn't know until after I booked the room. The rooms need to be updated.

The location was perfect for our quick beach getaway. It was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

The air conditioning in our room worked but did not cool exceptionally well.

Facilities under renovation but it didn’t interrupt our stay, staff was very polite and helpful - pool was great and location awesome for downtown wandering! I usually stay at the Seagate but I will definitely stay here again!

well, on the experience of first walking into the room, it smelled like a old person's domain. The pillows had stains of something like sticky candy on the pillowcases upon entering the bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom counter look like it was being held up by a maid shift knob and it was marble. The air conditioner. Unit was out of the refrigerator froze.Everything that I had put in it. It was out of date. The microwave was so outdated a 70s microwave it look like it was stuffy from large pieces of un functional furniture backdated in the 80s. The walls were a dirty stain, yellow nothing was coordinated. It was the most horrible experience I have had in a hotel in my life.The curtains were dry, rotted and discolored I had to sleep with the window open order to breathe correctly. The stench was so bad I stayed out of the room, mostly in the daytime to dread to come back into the room at night. It just did not feel clean. It was the most miserable stay I have ever had at a hotel and it was the most expensiveprice like you're going to a upgraded Hilton, but it was absolutely not worth the money at all. At least to say it felt like a 50.00 drop in hotel that you pay an hour and go. They also retain an extra hundred dollars beyond the ridiculous price of that room for two days and they call it a charge if you want to order something to the room which they had no kitchen or that type of place . I even took plenty of pictures to prove what I'm saying. This was the worst place ever and they had construction all over the lower level for parking was not comfortable for your vehicle. You had to park like on the streets.. but the hundred dollars extra to charge for something you never asked for or didn't know they were going to charge it to your account of almost $600 for the weekend. It's way over the top put such a trashy place. Worst experience in my life.

Received a message saying exterior renovations were being done. When we arrived it was all interior work being done

Cost to stay there should be lower due to the construction that is going on.
