Location is beautiful of course. The lounge area in the lodge is lovely. Great walks around the property. Staff were all extremely accomodating.

No vegan options at all on the menu. Chips I think were it. Oh and a very bland pizza with a few vegetables on it. I expect more from a venue such as this. Especially considering the price I paid. It doesn't take much to provide a choice of options. for a considerable percentage of the population. And think how you too are considering the environment by doing so :)

The property was clean and tidy

Our cabin was a long way to the restaurant and food was average It was raining and the lighting was poor.

Convenient location for hiking Cradle Mountain. Parts of the main building inside look more recently updated. Staff were doing their best.

Overpriced for what it is. Lots of areas look uncared for, worn furniture and fittings in accomodation, restaurant was overwhelmed with orders. 30 minutes longer wait time than the predicted 45 minutes (think they may have misplaced our order).

no wi-fi, I had to stand on the road to use my phone as only Telstra works on the property The dinning room food was average at best and expensive . booked a family vacation with four spa cabins only to find we weren’t together when we arrived..
