Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is located in 994 mi of wilderness. Because of the properties location, mobile phone service is limited (Telstra is the only service provider with network coverage in the area) and in-room WiFi is not available due to transmission issues to the cabins. Your room does not have a TV. TV is available in the Tavern, which is open from 11:30 daily. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location next to Ranger Station and many walks including Enchanted Walk which was so idyllic! Loved seeing wombats and pademelons just roaming the grounds. Excellent breakfast and bistro was so convenient for lunch or dinner or both. Will definitely be back!

We arrived to a very rude French woman at the reception desk who did not look up or greet us upon arrival. She looked horrified when we told her we did not have a reservation (off season) she was very unhelpful and quoted us $650 per night. ( we asked to stay for two nights) when I was able to access the internet I found the average room rate to be $400 per night. We said no thank you and were greeted by very friendly hotel staff at a property down the road where we are now staying. We have not received such appalling customer service anywhere in our travels before. Very dissatisfied.
