$1200 + a night !! I dont care what or where the location is around the world, at that price per night you should have absolutely zero negativity about the accommodation and service..... hot tub on the balcony was half full, and was sucking in air and squirtting water out the top due to being so low on water. so that required a maintenance call to have that sorted, however, the phone in the room didnt work at all, i used my personal mobile, and called several times to a no answer at the main reception. In my opinion at the price you pay for the king Billy suites you should just walk in and everything be impeccable and perfect. However wasnt the case. The breakfast was shocking that I had to add to the already over priced accommodation bill. I work FIFO and the meals at work are made with way more passion and attention. Service however was spot on cant fault the breakfast service staff. Myself and my partner both agreed the location and the walks are breath taking and absolutely stunning... however would never pay that kind of money again for the king Billy suite. Value for money is just not there.

The heater in the room was awesome but did not work properly, would turn off intermittently since the filter needed changing. The breakfast spread could have included salads, it was too expensive for the rate they charge.

Location is outstanding and staff were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at one of the cabins, which was nicely large and comfortable. Fireplace helped create a cozy feeling. One of the best options to take the shuttle to Cradle mountain hiking trails without having to use your car.

Prices for everything additional were on the expensive side
