Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is located in 994 mi of wilderness. Because of the properties location, mobile phone service is limited (Telstra is the only service provider with network coverage in the area) and in-room WiFi is not available due to transmission issues to the cabins. Your room does not have a TV. TV is available in the Tavern, which is open from 11:30 daily. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.

The cabin was so cosy and we happened to get snow when we were at Cradle Mountain which the log/gas fire made the experience feel so wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic-everything we wanted and the staff were very courteous.

L'endroit est absolument génial, c'est très bien placé par rapport au parc et au passage de la navette. Notre chambre donnait sur un petit plan d'eau avec un petit îlot, la vue était donc parfaite. La faune est omniprésente : opposums, wombats, wallabies. Il y a beaucoup de rando de niveaux différents à faire. Le personnel à l'accueil est absolument charmant. Petit déjeuner parfait et la Taverne le soir est très correcte.

Petit bémol sur le droit de bouchon qui est ridiculement prohibitif, on nous a demandé 35 $ pour boire notre propre vin, ce qui est totalement abusif. Les seuls vins à vendre sur place sont, pour le moins cher, à 55$ ( largement surévalué).

An absolutely beautiful location. The scenery was spectacular! We stayed in the King Billy suite which was gorgeous. The room had a large wood burning fireplace, a large stone soaking bath and an outdoor hot tub. The walks were fabulous.

Beautiful location

Staff did not know basics like activities, check out time, access etc. flagged several issues and no resolution Famous for walking tours. A person was away so no tours on either day. A long way to go to be disappointed. Staff also regularly in conversation with each other and had to wait for gap in their conversation to ask for things. Sign in the restaurant saying FOOD wait time half an hour was a deterrent to ordering food not a tool for management expectation Breakfast was ordinary
