Good hotel, ten minutes walk from the sea front. Easy to reach by a cab from the airport (fixed cost 9 Euros). Clean with good amenities, lovely staff and a decent breakfast. Good value for money and would recommend.

The rooms are a good size. The beds are a bit tired in need of an upgrade. We did not have any issues however the top complaint that most hotel customers repeat is a poor Wifi and Internet connection. I guess this happens mainly in the morning and evening when most guest try to connect. The breakfast is decent in a self serve buffet type. In our one week stay we did not have dinner at the hotel so have no comment about food. We did not try the pool. The hotel experience was satisfactory during the stay being out most of our day time.

Rooms are spacious, good views, close to restaurants, nice lobby and excellent breakfast. I agree with other reviews that pool area needs some work otherwise no complaints. Front desk staff were very helpful in assisting me with booking tours as a solo traveller. they made many calls for me. Also arranged for a taxi to take me to Furnas, wait while I was in park and took me back. A bit of a walk to downtown area and shops.

The staff was not to friendly I personally don't intend to go back there again.

Hotel is walking distance to downtown Ponta Delgada. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Ponta Delgada.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We found it was only about a 10 minute walk to downtown area. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel uses squeeze bottles for the soap and shampoo, the plastic was hard, it's not easy to operate.

Nice room, but wifi didn't work after couple of days . reception said they'd sort it but never did . breakfast was pretty boring . exactly same thing everyday and quality of produce very cheap ie.bad coffee,marmalade, bacon nice to have underground parking have a minibar in room which charges if u touch anything so beware! The reception said i could pay 2.50 euros per day to use the fridge for my own things! I've never come accross this in over 30 years of travelling gym was a joke. Whirlpool was broke whole time.went to use sauna but was switched off and didnt use pool as looked bit dirty

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good quality of breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately, pool heater was broken during our stay.

Hotel was fine but leisure centre and swimming pool very poor.It was not inviting to go swimming. Buffet breakfast not 4 star standard.We had to search for a staff member on a couple of occasions to get cups,spoons and the like. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
