This property is nice. However, when I checked in the room that was given to me had a broken toilet. The clerk switched me rooms and the that room had a dirty bathroom. Typically, HIE is my hotel of choice. This was disappointing to say the least.

My stay was fabulous!! I've used other hotels and several Holiday Inn Expresses now. I hate saying this, but I might only start staying at Holiday Inn Expresses wherever I travel if they are available. The appearance and cleanliness just seems unmatched.

They didn’t give us the room we reserved, so we basically got screwed by using Expedia and not booking directly though them. Never have had this happen. I think they bumped all of the Expedia people to other rooms so they could book the double bed rooms for the soccer tournament. Pretty shady.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Very comfortable, convenient to. restaurants and stores and right off the expressway. Easy check in and check out delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.
