When I made my reservation about a month in advance. I requested a room near the elevator, because I have problems walking and COPD. My room was all the way down the hall next to the stairs.😡😡 Now just a little suggestion : maybe have a step stool in the room for us short and older people to get into bed We are planning a girls trip and we all decided we want to stay here.

My husband and I both work a lot, it was his birthday so before our visit I called the hotel to make sure we could get a nice quiet spot, when we got there I also asked the front desk person if we were getting a quiet room, she replied they were not full, she was putting us on the quiet floor and when we got to our room it was right across from the elevator and right next door to small screaming and crying children! The so called suite was barely a nice room! I expected more from them honestly! I’ve been in the same hotel in different cities and the rooms were a lot different! Nicer! The bathrooms were tiled showers but here it was just a bath/shower combo. Just not enough for the price! The breakfast was ok but nothing like these other reviews speak of! Overall.. I wouldn’t waste my money there again!

The fridge was wobbly and not very cold and the toilet didnt flush unless you held lever down, but these are very minor things. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were all super nice.

Great property to stay at! Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and an awesome breakfast! Huge cinnamon rolls will not disappoint :) Great location and safe too.
