Food, service Staff, decor, location excellent

No sun light in the back side rooms.. that the reason the feeling was a damper could not open the blinds as other building window was right in front and no sunlight so a gloomy atmosphere

I can only bring one topics to be highlighted - the IT manager who is competent and he knows his job very well and helped to fix Wifi because another team disconnected the Wifi in my room while I just asked to turn on the Netflix.

First of all, the hotel does not fullfill requirements of 5stars hotels, and the prices are not unproportionate to the conditions! Secondly, the stuff either does not speak english or if does, they do not do what they say they will do so its very annoying
