Couple of genuine staff members opting to listen to our grievances. Showing helplessness.

No parking for our car. we parked on the road. No dormitory facility for our driver. They dont care about that. The rooms can be classified as 1. Dungeons 2. Dungeons with closed windows , 3 3 feet distance from the next (private office and residences) building, with no privacy. 4. No complaints book available with the hotel. 5 The manager did not showup to resolve our legitimate issues. New Staffers joined one week ago, were made to handle the issues. 6. My fellow guest too had a similar problem.

The premium suite room is good

They have become sloppy ! The gym is in a very bad shape, lobby carpet smells - even in the suite - the bathroom ceiling had plywood patchwork This used to be a great hotel - I guess managment has changed and the new guys are ok with ‘chalta hai’ attitude Unfortunate
