No real introduction into the suite or facilities offered. Had to ask about a lot of what was available.

Didn’t like the way staff dealing with the situation when it it’s comes to because they accused me for trying to go to the room with my wife because I have booked the room for single occupancy I travel first myself and I met with my wife next day so we’re going to book the double occupancy room for another 10 days but the staff was very rude and wrong to stop me and my wife going in to the room .(my understanding if booked the room I can use the room for entertainment for my guests or I can use for meetings it’s my own rights to use the room for that purpose and I know after that no one going to sleep in the room ) I’m still waiting for the money back because I have cancelled the room for next day so they owe me for one day money Booking.com have the record of my last three months bookings I can guarantee I used 5star hotels more than ten 5star hotels been not one I had this situation to deal with hope Vividus Hotel in Bangalore do the justice and return my money back immediately Ranga Ratnayaka
