"very pleasant"

Kevin at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with letting us know where to eat and when we returned asked how our experience was. The lobby was very inviting and clean. Breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was outgoing to make sure you were accommodated.

5-star! Excellent proximity to the airport, 8 min. Ride share was $13. Very clean, quiet and modern hotel. Will definitely stay again!

"Eh, ok for a short stay."

Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. No housekeeping service in either of the 2 rooms booked for the entirety of the stay. Paid extra for 3 adults in each room, but only received towels for 2 (i.e. only 2 bath towels). Rooms are a little dingy with staining on the couch, but didn't feel unclean.

"Good stay-go out to breakfast"

The room was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better. Disposable plates, cups and utensils. Not many choices for food, and very few choices that were healthy. The gym had ants.

"Lovely hotel while visiting a charming town."

Warm welcome, clean and neat property. Easy parking. Nothing was too much trouble. WiFi efficient. Hyatt perks such as free water, snacks, late check out promptly offered.

"A-OK in Bethlehem"

Decent 2 night stay. Breakfast good with a variety of choices. Room and bathroom spotless. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet end room on the top floor. Only complaint is the shower. Water pressure could be slightly better, temperature was warm at most, and the shower is a bit small. If the glass wall was moved another few inches out, it would be fine.
