Hyatt Place Bethlehem-Downtown

Breakfast offered several options. Which was great. Front desk and food service staff were very helpful and hospitable. Hotel was centrally located in downtown Bethlehem. We were able to walk everywhere.

Very nice people working at the hotel. Room was clean but lacking hand soap.

There were no toiletries in the room. The heating / cooling system was difficult to adjust.

The room was a great size, very spacious. The lobby was inviting and looked nice. Staff was friendly.

The pool was supposed to be heated which was a big influence on my decision to book there. It wasn’t heated, the room didn’t even have heat, plus the pool is SO tiny, looks nothing like the pictures. The beds were stiff and small. They boast being queen size, but were more like full size. No microwave in the room, you have to go to lobby to use one, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast is 6:30-9, it ends so early! Another thing is you have to pay for parking and have to park in a parking garage that shares an entrance with a public bus stop. I had to walk with my 4 yr old through a crowd of people to get to my car and was car called by some men who were hanging at the bus stop there’s no choice to park anywhere else and you’re forced to pay, it should be free with staying in the hotel.

Kevin at the front desk was spectacular from check in through check out. The room was absolutely perfect. Was attending a concert at the Wind Creek Event center so the location was perfect. I will definitely book with you again

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel and had such a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were extremely welcoming and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. I really appreciated how comfortable the bed was — it made it easy to relax after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what I needed during my stay. I also loved how convenient the location was, with everything I needed just steps away to main street Bethlehem. Restaurants and so much more . The amenities were great, and the common areas were always kept clean and inviting. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Hyatt to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!
