Well located and clean

I never understand why a hotel rents you a second floor room overlooking a creepy parking lot, when the place is 80% empty. Wouldn't you want to show your best? Oh, and the pool was freezing, breakfast was fine

Breakfast was very good, and staff there was wonderful.

Heated indoor pool was not warm enough to use. Very disappointing as the pool was main reason for choosing this hotel.

"Bethlehem is a lovely small city and it was easy to walk all over from the hotel."

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the breakfast was wonderful. They offer a late check out and the cleaning staff was patient with our choosing this option.

They did NOT honor the booking.com price. Also charged us different prices for the two identical rooms. The room was too warm and the thermostat didn't control it. Also the shower doesn't really have a door; it has a small folding panel that allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor.

"Great for being there for the cocktail trails."

Room was great for 5 people. Very clean. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and everything was good.

I don't think there was anything not to like. Some free bottles or water would have been great.

The breakfast was wonderful. All of the food was freshly made and delicious. They also varied what food they made each day.

The one thing that myself and others in my family commented on was how small the trash bins were in the room. They were smaller than any hotel I had ever stayed at.
