Bayfront Westcott House St Augustine B&B

Quaint, classy and clean...this Bed and Breakfast was exactly what we had hoped for. The staff was welcoming and friendly, attentive and professional. The rooms were cozy, clean. We stayed in the Minorcan and enjoyed the accommodations of comfort. They offer a social hour in the evening with drinks and charcuterie, and breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The location is perfectly set across from the water, so we enjoyed a beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping , and 15 minutes to St Augustine Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.

The Bayfront Westcott B & B was an excellent experience for our small group of 2.5 couples/3 rooms. It is conveniently located in the historic area with an easy walk to most sites. The check in process was smooth and they held our luggage for us while we explored town until the check-in time of 3 pm. Parking was meters in front on the main drag or a complimentary parking lot a few blocks away. Our room (Charlotte) was nicely decorated and clean. It lacked a microwave and refrigerator but had coffee service, although we used the coffee service set out each day at 6 am near the dining area. The room was nicely decorated with period style furniture and Monet prints on the walls. The modern shower was easily large enough for two at a time with two separate shower heads. The availability of hot water was never a problem. The room had a thermostat and also a window-type small AC unit so we were always comfortable. Linens and pillow were quite nice. The personnel were always available, friendly, and accommodating. The complimentary “Social Hour” featured several wine and beer selections as well as non-alcoholic alternatives. Snacking options were tasty and could easily substitute for a light meal. A complimentary hot breakfast the next day is also served and offered a main course of a special (shrimp and grits with one morning and a breakfast burrito the next morning or eggs any style with bacon as an alternative. Fruit, sweet treats, and many breads/bagel/English muffins were offered long with tea, coffee, OJ, etc. All things considered, this B&B was among the best we have visited and I highly recommend it for your next stay in St.Augustine.

From the moment you arrive at Bayfront Westcott House you feel at home . Every staff member is pleasant and helpful . Breakfast and happy hour are equally as wonderful. We have stayed here twice and each time was perfect . They go above and beyond to see that anything you want or need is provided . Thank you Bayfront , we will see you next year .

My husband and I loved thlocation and updated room decor. It was a very friendly and peaceful environment with first class attention and food!

Location is great. The room we had was very nicely done, clean and had a welcome feel to it. The entire staff was very attentive and caring and could not have done a better job. The social hour was nice and the breakfast, especially French Toast, was excellent. Highly recommend this location.

Quick anniversary trip for Nights of Lights and this place was great and very accommodating. Definitely will be staying here every year!

Friendly, clean, lovely location. The food is delicious. Walking distance to the action and far enough away that it's nice and quiet. The sound of the horses walking past was wonderful.

We loved our stay! We had a beautiful and quiet room (Victoria) in the main house. We were impressed with the luxurious accommodations, cozy bed and super cozy robes. The private balcony overlooking the dolphins playing in the bay was a treat! The social hour was a nice touch and the made to order breakfast was wonderful. Super friendly and accommodating staff, as well!
