Bayfront Westcott House St Augustine B&B

This B&B I would rate this a definite 10 plus. The room was great, loved the two shower head shower. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Always greeting us with a smile and a pleasentry. Breakfast and the 5:00 Happy Hourwas a definite hit. I would definitely sty’s at this place again and would recommend it to any of our friends

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayfront Westcott. We had our family reunion here in Saint Augustine and all of us stayed at the Westcott. The rooms were charming and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff, as always is courteous and helpful. We reserved 2 nights but our room only had sporadic luke warm and then cold water, we certainly could not shower. They tried in vain to get us hot water, to no avail. On our last evening there we were offered another room but we were leaving early the next morning, so declined the offer. Management did refund 20% off this stay which was greatly appreciated. This was our fourth stay here and we have always enjoyed our visits. We will be back. It is a lovely B & B.

Room was great food was great and everyone was very nice. Our room was quiet and comfortable even on one of the busiest nights of the year in St Augustine

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Great location. Walking distance to downtown historic area, restaurants and bars. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing!

The staff and accommodations were everything that we could have hoped for. Staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The inn was clean and well appointed. The location was excellent. The breakfasts were outstanding. Happy hour never ran out of beverages or snacks. There for 3 days and never moved our car. My wife and I highly recommend it and on our next visit to St Augustine plan to return.

A short visit to St Augustine in December to see the annual Christmas lights display was very enjoyable. We stayed at the Bayfront Westcott House which was quite enjoyable also. The facility was very nice and provided a nice evening including drinks and light food display. The morning breakfast was well done also. Very convenient to the old town area, an easy walk.

My husband and I stayed at Bayfront Westcott early Dec 2025 in order to see the night of lights. The staff was friendly ,courteous and really go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. Our room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was a delight and social hour was also great. It was a fun way to meet and chat with other guests. Highly recommend this B&B.

We spent two nights at the Bayfront Westcott House B&B, and our expectations were exceeded. Everything was first class. We arrived early and wanted to store our luggage and one of the cooks was gracious enough to come out to the curb and help take the luggage inside. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Great pillows. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and the service was spot on. Everyone we came in contact with sincerely seemed like they loved their job. Carrie, the manager, was very customer service focused and was the hardest working individual I've ever seen in the hotel industry. We highly recommend this wonderful Bed and Breakfast!! This was the best B&B we've ever stayed at---hands down.

The Westcott was as charming as the on-line pictures. Our room had an electric fireplace and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. It was great for a snuggle day of football when it was raining and cold outside. The bed was very comfortable but a little high for me to get into. The breakfast choices were varied and all were delicious. BUT the heart and soul of the Westcott was the staff. They were all charming and responsive while going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. My only complaint was we had to settle for an upstairs unit and since I am still recovering from knee replacement that was a challenge. Book it and enjoy. Carey, Ericka and Delaney are delightful
