Bayfront Westcott House St Augustine B&B

We loved staying here! The staff is wonderful. It’s very convenient because you can walk anywhere all around town. You definitely cannot go wrong here.

The Bayfront Westcott is our “go to” when we stay in historic St. Augustine. The staff, breakfast, and location are exceptional. I can’t wait to visit again!

We had an excellent Christmas stay at the Bayfront Westcott! The accommodations were lovely, the food was excellent and each member of the staff was an absolute delight! We will definitely be back for another visit!

My wife and I rented the Victoria room (#203) over the Christmas holiday, for four nights, just checking out today (12.27.2025). We highly recommend this B&B! The staff is great, always looking for an opportunity to please and always smiling and friendly, the location is right on the water, the breakfasts and evening snack time are fabulous and the accommodations first rate. Its closeness to downtown negates the need for a car, unless you want to get out and explore further away. There’s usually parking available on the street (highly recommend downloading the St.Augustine parking app for convenience, but not absolutely necessary) but it’s a “pay parking” situation. They have a free off-site parking lot about four blocks from the B&B where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay if you want. For Christmas (and I would suspect for New Year’s too) St. Augustine was absolutely packed… so be prepared! Everything within easy walking distance though. Lots to see and do in this town. Again, we highly recommend this B&B!

My husband and I wanted to bring my mom to see the nights of lights in St Augustine. We needed a quaint place to stay as my mom loves a boutique style hotel. My mom didn't know what to expect as she has never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and was blown away. Between the hospitality ..food bay view and room ambiance she loved it and can't wait for us to take her back....so I'm planning a mother daughter trip back there in 2026. A truly great place and vibe 😀

We’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times. We’ve had 4 different rooms. All have been great, There are differences, but all are great. Won’t tell our favorite, so we don’t have to compete for it next year. 😹😹. The ownership changed a couple years ago, but the Staff and the service continues to be the greatest. But we’re disappointed to not see the Kitty. It’s reported the it got a passport and moved to The UK. It has never disappointed us. Staff is great and is always wanting to make sure everything thing is OK. The evening Social is superb. The Breakfast is always good and they accommodate special requests.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful rooms. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always put on a great social hour. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend we stay here anytime we have an event downtown.

Wonderful B&B: room, location, and breakfast. Parking available a short walk away. Service was good - call for quicker response, text otherwise.
