Beautifully preserved architecture with a beautiful view, bar, restaurant and outdoor space.

Our in room bathroom could use an upgrade. Poor lighting with nowhere to set your toiletry bag down except the toilet tank topper.

Breakfast was continental style - cold items, fruits, and pasties and it was fine. The property was a gorgeous historic mansion - th grounds were beautiful. Gs fireplace in the room was a treat.

Bathroom was cold and not set up for many toiletries - many old properties have bathrooms like this. Not a major problem - just inconvenient.

It was very cozy. The restaurant inside the Inn was amazing. Very relaxing.

The rooms were not very soundproof but it got quiet after 10pm anyway so wasn't a big issue

The look of it

The restaurant was closed. So was the bar. No way of getting any drink other than water out the tap. The aircon wasn’t working so super hot at night. And the pillow was sleeping on a lump of buffalo.
