Design and utilization of old mill property very interesting and very well done. The rehabilitation of the area where The Common Man is located is incredible that alone is worth the trip. My first visit in 30 years.

Room noise was a bit loud (tv) from adjacent room. Parking seemed a bit unsafe but experienced no issues whatsoever.

Value for the price! Exceptional clerks, staff and the Inn Kitty. In-site restaurant was phenomenal and the breakfast had everything we needed! Ambiance was a treat, the bed amazing and the touches of homemade soap, lotion and a full coffee pot unexpected! Even the bath matt and package of q-tips made me happy. Love the games, salt & pepper shaker chess board in the lobby and a book to read in the room. Truly beautiful setting of the river/dam behind the property, patio and outdoor seating. While it wasn’t extremely expensive, it was above our preference but completely worth it!! I wish we’d have taken advantage of the hot tub room, but were stuffed from the extraordinary dinner, we couldn’t fathom any more movement, lol.
