The Common Man Inn & Restaurant

The continental breakfast is awesome. There are alot of different choices, gluten free, assorted bars, muffins, yogurt, both regular milk and almond milk. French toast, assorted bagels, english muffins. Asorted jelly, honey and peanut butter, cream cheese. Many flavors of coffee and tea.

We stayed here last year as well, but in a suite. The bed was extremly comfortable. This time we stayed in a standard room with two queen beds. My husband and I started out together in one bed the first night, but it wasn't comfortable for me, so I switched to the second bed, that one was about the same. Not the best matteress but not the worst either.

Hotel was convenient location to visit family. Restaurant was excellent.

Rooms are clean but simple with few amenities, but the few amenities are unique quality items such as the face soap provided. The restaurant is decent and had some barbeque specials that are very tasty. Enjoyed the resident cat who is people friendly. The Barn Cafe is short walk and serves delicious breakfasts and lunch. Really enjoy the setting of the Comman Man location in small town in New Hampshire.

Claremont city water isn't drinkable. The resident cat doesn't have clean fresh water to readily drink.

This place was like something out of a dream. Old world charm, wonderful staff, beautiful scenery. Beds were so comfortable! We stayed in the room above the restaurant so the view of the sugar river was right out the window. It was a wonderful visit and I will be staying again in the future.

The head of the shower was funky and could be replaced at some point lol
