To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station or Happo-One Bus Terminal, please call the property at least 1 day in advance to make a reservation. To eat breakfast/dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made in advance. Free shuttle services are provided to nearby ski resorts, while late-night shuttle services are available to nearby towns between 17:00 and 23:00. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. The free shuttle is available to the following ski resorts between mid-December and 31 March: Hakuba Happone One Ski Field / Hakuba Goryu Ski Field / Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park / Hakuba Iwatake Ski Field / Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Field / Hakuba Minetaka Ski Field / Tsugaike Ski Field. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.

環境に配慮しているかも知れませんが、駐車場〜からエントランス付近が暗くて縁石等に乗り上げないか心配でした。

It’s setting and the helpful staff.

We bought Sunday brunch for friends who live nearby . We told them to arrive at 9 since we were told we could be there ( and getting good from the buffet ) until 10. At 9:40 they told us it would be over and began removing food . We had a toddler and 5 year old in our group and the parents had to tend to them which made it tough for them to get their food in that time . We had an ugly view from our window of the destruction of the earth with prep for new onsen.
