To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station or Happo-One Bus Terminal, please call the property at least 1 day in advance to make a reservation. To eat breakfast/dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made in advance. Free shuttle services are provided to nearby ski resorts, while late-night shuttle services are available to nearby towns between 17:00 and 23:00. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. The free shuttle is available to the following ski resorts between mid-December and 31 March: Hakuba Happone One Ski Field / Hakuba Goryu Ski Field / Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park / Hakuba Iwatake Ski Field / Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Field / Hakuba Minetaka Ski Field / Tsugaike Ski Field. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.

Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .

We had an amazing time at the Tokyu in Hakuba. Location is perfect for Happo One, the room was spacious and loved to have an Onsen at the end of a day skiing. The staff was excellent and very informative and organised a pick up from Hakuba station both on arrival and departure. At the hotel there is an automatic return for ski rental which was also very handy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and perfect for a day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we are keen to come back again other times. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel, we had a wonderful stay.

Great staff and overall hotel amazing with great onsen. Great bus service to all ski resorts. We had an amazing stay

2 single beds in all rooms, we just pushed together they where very comfy.

Excellent and friendly staff, always eager to help with any questions. Shuttle is great. Loved that the ski rental shop is right in the hotel. I wish the hot springs was a bit bigger and had more amenities but it was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. The bar and restaurant is not open during the day which we didn’t realize. All in all a great hotel though.
