To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station or Happo-One Bus Terminal, please call the property at least 1 day in advance to make a reservation. To eat breakfast/dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made in advance. Free shuttle services are provided to nearby ski resorts, while late-night shuttle services are available to nearby towns between 17:00 and 23:00. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. The free shuttle is available to the following ski resorts between mid-December and 31 March: Hakuba Happone One Ski Field / Hakuba Goryu Ski Field / Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park / Hakuba Iwatake Ski Field / Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Field / Hakuba Minetaka Ski Field / Tsugaike Ski Field. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.

Had transfer buses running from the hotel each morning for snowboarding Ski rental and serprate entry from the hotel was easy Onsen was nice aswell

The hotel Onsens are amazing, the room was super clean and just perfect in every way. The staff were absolutely lovely and it is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at.
