Beautiful scenery around the hotel that we can take pictures. Big space and comfortable beds.

The furniture seems old fashion to me and the toilet floor seems old.

The breakfast buffet was great plenty of freshly made goodies. The staff was great friendly accommodating and very professional

The price was a little high but this is a high-end hotel. And it's in a resort area so it was expected.

Nice room, it’s all you really need. We came at the end of the snow season and it wasn’t too busy

Not a lot of options for food close by

Great hotel with great facilities. Free shuttles available to and from the slopes. Individual locker’s provided if you are bringing your own snowboards/skis. Drying room you can use. Self laundry/dryer facilities available to use. Onsen free to use after each day on the slope. We also booked a massage with Lily for last night and she was fantastic together with an aromatherapy treatment. They also provide Yamato Black cat service from the hotel so I can send your bulky snowbag straight to the airport so you don’t have to lug it around whilst you continue exploring other parts of Japan.

Rooms are cozy. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is super!!! Staff are very helpful.
