Holiday Inn Hammond by IHG

Ideal location. This is the hotel I stay every time I go to Louisiana and fly into the BTR airport! Perfect for single travelers and families as well. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance!

The hotel is very loud being directly next to a railroad track. The ac did work well but is very loud making it difficult to sleep and the teenagers running around at midnight banging on doors didn’t make for a restful evening.

The front desk employee was exceptional at making my anniversary feel special. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, and the bartender was super nice. We were welcomed with a little gift from the manager for celebrating our anniversary, which I thought was above and beyond. The pool and hot tub we’re both clean and super easily accessible

Very clean hotel. Smells nice. Beds are very comfy. Dove pump soap and lotion was a nice touch. Would stay again for sure

Popping sheets is a no no it smells bad in the rooms we move me to another room but it was still horrible then I cleaning sheets well they don’t vacuum the floors undoubtedly because I bring my lit roller when I go to hotels and it was disgusting. I really don’t appreciate being in this type of money in an environment and clean and sanitize their supervisor has a nasty attitude and was fussing with one of the workers loud in the hall while I was working. I also see whoever the lady is in the black jeep she be outside smoking weed instead of working yall need to do something with this getto hotel 🤮

Enjoyed my stay would definitely stay again.

319 needs new shower curtain. The existing curtain too short & after taking a shower, puddle on the floor.
