Hotel 1110 - Adults Only

If you've read other reviews, you know this hotel is an older building that feels a little funky if you mostly stay in modern chain hotels. The rooms are on the small side, which is fine if you're using the hotel as a place to sleep or make short spots... not great if you need a desk or space to work. We had a suite, which still felt small but gave us room to spread out. The room was clean and mostly in good order-- parts of the room and decor showed signs of multiple remodels over the years. The bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was great. It's a limited menu, but everything was done to perfection. We opted for dinner in the rooftop restaurant. Likewise a limited menu, but everything was prepared exactly as it should be. You will not regret getting the cheesecake. The staff were professional, personal, and seemed to genuinely want to help.

Nice place, bed was very comfortable. Few items needed repair, sink top was loose, sink tap was loose, shower handle was leaking.

Feels more like a B&B than a Hotel - they did such a great job of making the runners for the Monterey Half Marathon feel special. With a pasta special the night before, a spread in the morning, and a mini celebration after the race, I got to celebrate with others that finished the race successfully!

This Monterey boutique hotel is small and has a certain charm. The rooms are small and the amenities are dated and tired. In contrast to other boutique hotels that I've stayed at, the staff/management are not particularly accommodating to special requests. Their breakfasts are quite tasty and freshly prepared; I did not eat dinner. Overall, this hotel is good but not great, but could be a reasonable choice for someone seeking to avoid a chain hotel in Monterey.

This had to breathe the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It had no window, no air conditioning, no fan, the elevator did not work, and it was like a little square. Just a horrible experience!

The staff and the hotel vibe were amazing! Breakfast was above and beyond. Just not a fan of the elevator since it's an older building, but the age of the building gives it so much character. The roof top bar and restaurant was amazing, and only a 5 min walk to the beach. I enjoyed every morning watching the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop patio.

Room was so small you could not move. No tables to even set suitcase. No parking. Have to park on street. Very old and outdated. Tiny shower like in a RV. Would not go back!!

Staff was very nice. Included Breakfast was great.

Tony the manager was really helpful. Cleanliness really lacking

We didn’t stay there and paid for 2 nights cause bad smell makes us headache.
